2. Booking & Ticketing Policy
All reservations made through our platform are subject to availability and operating airline rules. A booking request does not constitute a guaranteed ticket until full payment has cleared, fraud checks are complete, and an official airline electronic ticket number (e-ticket) has been generated.
Passengers are strictly responsible for providing accurate passenger names matching their valid government-issued photo IDs or international passports.
3. Independent Intermediary Role
getmesky operates strictly as an independent travel agent facilitating transactions between the consumer and travel suppliers (airlines, ticket consolidators). We have no control over flight operations, delays, strikes, weather cancellations, or lost baggage, which are regulated by the operating airline's individual Contract of Carriage.
4. Changes & Fees
Any modifications to your flight schedule, routing, or dates are subject to carrier penalty fees, fare differences, and any applicable agency servicing fee disclosed prior to confirmation.
